"My name is Solomon. I am a psychotherapist and university lecturer with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. Because of my work, I place a lot of value on staying clear, balanced, and present throughout the day. When I tried EWOT for the first time, I expected to notice the physical side of the session most. I was curious about how my body would respond to the combination of exercise, oxygen-rich breathing, and recovery intervals.
What surprised me most was how I felt mentally afterward. After 15 minutes on the bike, moving between harder intervals and oxygen-rich recovery, I felt clear, calm, and completely present. My thoughts felt quieter, my body felt more relaxed, and I had a level of focus that stayed with me after the session ended. The best way I can describe it is that it felt like exercise and meditation wrapped into 15 short minutes.
That clarity and steady energy carried through the rest of my day. I was able to run a lecture, see clients, and still have enough energy left for a demanding leg workout later on. For me, EWOT was not just a physical session. It felt like a reset that helped me feel more focused, calm, and ready for the day ahead."
