All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Depending on your payment method and the legal entity processing your order, your bank or credit card statement may show a charge from BNAD Pty Ltd, the parent company of EWOT Energy.
Shipping Availability
EWOT USA serves customers in the United States. Shipping options, rates, and delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and the system ordered. Before placing your order, please make sure your shipping address is complete, accurate, and accessible during normal delivery hours.
Shipping Methods
Available shipping options may be shown during checkout or confirmed by EWOT USA after your order is placed. Some EWOT systems may ship in multiple packages. For example, the oxygen concentrator, oxygen reservoir, mask, tubing, and accessories may arrive separately or on different days. If your order ships in multiple packages, tracking information may be provided separately for each shipment.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on product availability, shipping destination, carrier conditions, and the system ordered. If we become aware of a delay, we will contact you as soon as possible. If you have not received your shipment within the expected delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate.

Delivery Address Requirements
Please provide a shipping address where someone is available during normal business hours. Some packages may require a signature or may be too large to leave unattended. If the premises are unattended, the carrier may leave a delivery notice and require you to pick up the package at a local carrier location. EWOT USA is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, missed delivery attempts, inaccessible locations, carrier restrictions, or failure to collect a package after a delivery notice has been left.
Large Package Handling
The oxygen concentrator may arrive in a large box weighing approximately 20 kg, or about 44 lb. Please use care when lifting, moving, and unpacking the box. Follow all unpacking instructions included with your system. If you need help setting up your EWOT Energy or EWOT Energy Plus system, contact our team before use.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If a package arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been mishandled during shipping:
- Take photos of the box before opening it.
- Take photos of any damaged contents.
- Keep all packaging materials.
- Contact EWOT USA as soon as possible with your order details.
Do not discard packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
Setup Support
Your EWOT system will include instructions for unpacking, setup, and safe use. The oxygen reservoir, tubing, mask, and accessories may include separate setup directions. Please contact EWOT USA if you need help setting up or using your system.
