EWOT USA stands behind the quality of our Exercise With Oxygen Training systems. This Product Warranty explains the coverage available for eligible EWOT systems purchased through EWOT USA or an authorized EWOT representative.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
Standard Warranty Coverage
EWOT systems are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase, under normal use, care, and operation.
If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, EWOT USA may, at its discretion, provide one or more of the following:
- Troubleshooting support
- Replacement parts
- Repair of the affected component
- Replacement of the affected product or component
- Refund, where appropriate
Warranty coverage applies only to defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modification, improper setup, improper power connection, accidental damage, or use outside the system's intended purpose.
Extended Warranty Options
Customers may have the option to purchase extended warranty coverage.
Extended Warranty
- 2-Year Warranty for $200
- 4-Year Warranty for $400
Extended warranty coverage must be purchased within the eligible purchase window provided by EWOT USA. Extended coverage applies only to eligible system components and does not extend the warranty period for consumable accessories unless stated in writing.

Proof of Purchase
To make a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase. Acceptable proof may include:
- Receipt
- Invoice
- Order confirmation
- Payment confirmation showing the date of purchase
The warranty begins on the original purchase date.
Consumable Items
Some parts are considered consumable items and may have shorter warranty coverage.
Consumable items may include:
- Masks
- Tubing
- Filters
- Straps
- Other accessories subject to regular wear
Masks are covered by a 30-day consumable warranty against manufacturing defects only. Normal wear, damage from misuse, improper cleaning, or replacement due to hygiene or regular use is not covered.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accident, misuse, neglect, or abuse
- Improper installation or setup
- Improper operation or lack of reasonable care
- Unauthorized modification, tampering, or attempted repair
- Use of parts or accessories not approved by EWOT USA
- Loss of parts or accessories
- Improper cleaning or maintenance
- Improper power input or cable connection
- Damage during return shipping due to poor packaging
- Use outside the intended purpose of the purchased system
- Commercial or high-volume use unless the system purchased is intended for that setting
Commercial Use
Some EWOT systems are designed for home use, while others are designed for studios, clinics, gyms, recovery centers, or other professional environments. Warranty coverage may vary depending on the system purchased and its use. A system intended for home use may not be covered for commercial or high-volume use unless approved in writing by EWOT USA.

Do not return any product or component without written return instructions from EWOT USA. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return Packaging
If EWOT USA asks you to return a product or component for inspection, repair, or replacement, the item must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Customers should keep the original packaging where possible. EWOT USA is not responsible for damage caused by improper return packaging.
Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
If EWOT USA confirms that the issue is covered under warranty, EWOT USA may cover reasonable return shipping or provide shipping instructions. If the issue is not covered under warranty, the customer may be responsible for shipping, inspection, repair, replacement, or return costs.
Repairs and Replacement Parts
Warranty repairs may use new, repaired, or refurbished parts where appropriate. Replacement parts or products do not restart the original warranty period unless required by applicable law or stated in writing by EWOT USA.
