Because EWOT systems are specialized wellness and training equipment, we encourage customers to contact us before purchasing if they have questions about product selection, setup, compatibility, shipping, or use.
Change-of-Mind Returns
EWOT USA does not automatically accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or failure to review product specifications before purchase. A return may be considered only if approved in writing by EWOT USA before the product is shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
To be eligible for review, returned products must be:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In original packaging
- Complete with all included accessories, parts, manuals, and components
- Returned within the approved return window provided by EWOT USA
Shipping charges, handling fees, payment processing fees, and other non-refundable costs may be deducted from any approved refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or significantly different from what you ordered, contact EWOT USA as soon as possible.
Depending on the situation, EWOT USA may offer one or more of the following:
- Troubleshooting support
- Replacement parts
- Repair under warranty
- Product replacement
- Refund, where appropriate
Please do not return any product without first contacting EWOT USA and receiving written return instructions.
Warranty Claims
Mechanical faults and product defects may be covered under the EWOT USA Product Warranty. Warranty coverage may include repair, replacement parts, or replacement of the affected component, depending on the issue and warranty terms. Refunds are not automatically issued for warranty claims unless EWOT USA determines that repair or replacement is not appropriate or cannot be completed within a reasonable time. Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless EWOT USA determines that the return is due to a confirmed product defect, shipping error, or incorrect item supplied. Products must be packed securely for return shipping. EWOT USA is not responsible for damage caused by improper return packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or credit card company.
