"I am a Danish national living in India, and I have studied yoga under several master instructors over the years. One thing every teacher repeated was simple: breathe. That idea stayed with me when I started using EWOT. While stretching after a session, I wondered what it would feel like to combine oxygen training with yoga-style movement, especially during warm-up exercises like Surya Namaskara (Sun Salutation).
During the session, I moved between lower-oxygen effort and oxygen-rich recovery. When I switched back to oxygen-rich breathing, I felt a clear difference. My breathing felt more open, my body felt lighter, and I felt more comfortable moving through the stretches. What surprised me most was how manageable the session felt. In the past, I often pushed too hard with yoga and treated soreness as part of the process. With EWOT, the movement felt smoother and more controlled, and I felt encouraged to keep going without forcing it.
Afterward, I felt refreshed and pleasantly worked, without the heavy soreness I expected. For me, combining EWOT with yoga-style movement created a short, focused session that helped me feel more flexible, energized, and connected to my breathing.
