"My name is Taryn, and I’m a naturopath. I had heard a little about oxygen training before and was curious to try EWOT for myself. Before the session, I was unsure how much exercise I would need to do. I had not been exercising regularly, so I did not know whether the workout would feel too demanding. To my surprise, the 15-minute session on the exercise bike was very manageable. The workout included short 30-second efforts followed by longer oxygen-rich recovery periods, and the session did not feel taxing on my body.
Afterward, I felt light, energized, and switched on. That feeling stayed with me throughout the afternoon, and I did not notice the usual dip in energy later in the day. What stood out most was how comfortable I felt after the session. I felt more at ease moving through the rest of my day and was excited to come back for another session. "
