"I work a typical 9-to-5 desk job as an engineer, and after years of weight gain and inactivity, I had recently started focusing on my fitness again. I was curious about EWOT because intense exercise had not always been easy for me, so I decided to try a session and see how my body responded. At first, I was skeptical. During the session, I started with steady cycling, then moved into short bursts of higher intensity followed by oxygen-rich recovery periods. Once the oxygen switched back on after the harder intervals, I felt an immediate difference. My breathing felt easier, my body felt lighter, and I was able to recover faster than I expected between efforts. When the session ended, I felt unusually clear and alert. My mental awareness felt sharper than it had in a long time, and instead of feeling drained after exercise, I felt like I had more energy left in me. I had already done a hard weight session earlier that day, but after EWOT, I felt refreshed and ready to keep moving. What surprised me most was how good I felt later that night.
